At Evergrow, we believe that every child deserves the tools to grow into a confident communicator and lifelong learner. We specialize in structured literacy intervention for children who are struggling readers or preschool children who are at risk for reading challenges.

Who We Are
Hi, I’m Jennifer Sifers—founder of Evergrow Language & Literacy, PLLC and a certified speech-language pathologist with a background in elementary education. I began my career as a first grade teacher, where I fell in love with early literacy and recognized the power of individualized instruction. That passion led me to pursue my M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. I bring over five years of experience working as an SLP, including supervising students providing reading instruction at a university’s language and literacy clinic, providing pediatric home health services, and working in private practice.
